Bankruptcy docket (Act of 1867), 1868-1871.

The bankruptcy docket is a brief abstract of successive proceedings held in six bankruptcy cases filed under the Act of 1867 with the U.S. District Court for the Territory of Dakota, Second Judicial District and the Territorial Supreme Court. Entries consist of the case title, names of the bankrupt, occasionally the names of the attorneys for the parties and oaths and filings recorded by the clerk.
